2. Customized Hospitality Service (Available at an additional cost based on number of guests)

Terms & Conditions

• For customized hospitality services, the client must provide the exact number of attendees. Any discrepancy will be charged based on the actual number of guests present.

• If the booking duration is exceeded, additional hourly charges will apply.

• The space booking refers only to the designated open area and does not include exclusive rental of the entire venue.

• For additional hours, extra seating, or special equipment requirements, clients are kindly requested to book through the “Customized Space Rental” product.

• Rescheduling is allowed once only, provided notice is given at least 24 hours before the original booking time. The new schedule is subject to availability and must not conflict with existing bookings.

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the booking time are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking time are eligible for a 50% refund, unless valid force majeure circumstances are proven.

• No refunds will be issued in case of a no-show.

• The client agrees to use the space in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The client bears full responsibility for all activities conducted within the space by their invited guests, as well as any damages caused to the venue or its facilities.
