Terms & Conditions

• For customized hospitality services, the client is required to provide the accurate number of attendees. Any discrepancy will be charged according to the actual number of guests present.

• If the reserved time exceeds the agreed booking duration, additional hourly charges will apply.

• For extra hours, additional seating, or special equipment requests, clients are kindly requested to book through the “Customized Space Rental” service.

• Rescheduling is permitted once only, provided that notice is given at least 24 hours before the original booking time. The new booking date is subject to availability and must not conflict with existing reservations.

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled booking time are eligible for a 50% refund, unless documented force majeure circumstances prevent the client from using the reservation.

• No refunds will be issued in the event of a no-show.

• The client agrees to use the venue in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and instructions issued by the competent authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The client assumes full responsibility for all activities, discussions, and events conducted within the venue by their invited guests, as well as any damages caused to the property or facilities.
