Sami Alhamdan
A Saudi visual artist born in Riyadh, he is a member of the Saudi Arabian Society for Fine Arts and the Aroum Visual Arts Club. He joined the Institute of Art Education in Riyadh in 1987, where he continuously sought guidance and artistic advice from prominent artists such as Mohammed Al-Salim, Saad Al-Obaid (may they rest in peace), Othman Al-Khuzaim, Fahad Al-Rubaiq, and others.
He participated in several exhibitions during his studies, most notably the "Space" exhibition held for His Royal Highness Prince Sultan bin Salman, where he contributed to presenting and explaining some artworks to His Highness.
He later completed his university studies at the College of Teachers in Riyadh, earning a Bachelor's degree. He then moved to the Eastern Province, where he worked as an art education teacher and was nominated to supervise art teachers. During that period, he served as Head of the Art Education Department in the Eastern Province. He is now retired, dedicating his time to art away from the pressures of professional life.
